Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item or service from us.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all original packaging and documentation intact. For services, a return or refund request must be made within 1 days of the start date of the service engagement. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Cost
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item and ensuring it is securely packages. Damages incurred during shipping are not covered.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your physical items or review service quality promptly upon receipt. Contact us immediately if there are any issues, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items and services may not be eligible for returns, such as:
- Custom or personalised software installations, configurations, or service engagements tailored to specific requirements.
- Digital products or materials once downloaded or used.
- Perishable or single-use items, including gift cards and promotional products.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please initiate a return and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item or service. This is the fastest way to receive the replacement you need.
European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If items are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval, please contact us at orders@modenatechnologies.com.
