How quickly will I get my workstation?

Most workstations are built, tested and dispatched in under a week, with delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Which model is right for me?

Start with the guide above. If your work sits between the two, tell us which software you use and how big your projects get, and we'll recommend a configuration.

Can I change the specification?

Yes. Each model comes in three configurations, and if none fits, request a custom spec and we'll build around your workload.

What does the 4-year warranty cover?

Defects in materials or workmanship. We repair or replace failed parts with new or reconditioned parts of equal or better performance, and cover return shipping within South Africa. Monitors and other peripherals carry their manufacturer's warranty. Read the full warranty terms.

What support do I get after the warranty?

Every workstation includes lifetime labour and hardware support, including free installation of upgrades bought from us. Operating system and software issues fall outside hardware support.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 10 business days of the scheduled start, longer if a part is out of stock. Every repair is guaranteed for 30 days or the rest of your warranty, whichever is longer.

Will my software be installed?

Yes. Your workstation arrives with no bloatware and your preferred software installed and set up, ready to work on day one.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes, within 30 days of ordering, subject to our returns terms.
