• The Challenge

AEC teams lose hundreds of hours each year on repetitive modelling tasks, manual data entry, inconsistent standards, and clunky workarounds. Off-the-shelf tools rarely fit the way your practice actually works — and that gap costs you time, accuracy, and profit.

  • Our Approach

We build custom Revit plugins and add-ins that map directly to your workflows. Whether it's automating parameter management, enforcing company standards, or connecting Revit to your other systems — we design, develop, and support tools that work exactly the way you need them to.

What We Build

Plugin Examples

Every plugin is built to your specification. Here are some of the plugins we've built, that saves our clients hundreds of hours per year.

  • Workset Guardian

Automatically generate worksets with a JSON file. Create rules to enforce element workset assignment. Produce a compliance report. Batch Reassign elements that are on the incorrect worksets.

  • Clasher

A more comprehensive report of clashes in your Revit project. Complete with a graphical interface and advanced export capabilities to Excel or HTML.

  • Parameter Assigner

Select elements via a Category > Family > Type tree, preview before/after values with conflict detection, then assign to any writable parameter.

  • View Range Visualiser

Adjust the view range in Revit via real-time, dynamic sliders. Colour code elements in the view to see what band they fit into.

  • Wall Type Generator

Batch create wall types with custom thickness and finish layers.

  • Model Size Audit

Analyse the estimated in-memory size of every element in the model, broken down by category or individual element. View as a table, bar chart, or pie chart.

How It Works

From Concept to Deployment

A proven, collaborative process that ensures your plugin solves the right problem — the right way.

1

Discovery

We analyse your current workflows and identify where a plugin will deliver the most impact.

2

Specification

A detailed scope document is agreed, covering functionality, user experience, and technical requirements.

3

Development

Our developers build and test the plugin against real project data, with regular check-ins throughout.

4

Delivery & Support

We deploy the plugin to your team, provide training, and offer ongoing support and version updates.

Common Questions

FAQ

What programming languages do you use for Revit plugins?

We primarily develop using C# with the Revit API, which provides the most robust and performant integration. For lighter automations, we also work with Dynamo and Python scripting within the Revit environment.

Can you modify an existing plugin or script we already use?

Absolutely. We regularly take over, refactor, and extend existing plugins and Dynamo scripts — whether they were developed in-house or by another provider.

How long does a typical plugin project take?

Simple automation tools can be delivered in one to two weeks. More complex plugins involving UI, multi-system integration, or large-scale data processing typically take four to eight weeks, depending on scope.

Will the plugin work with future Revit versions?

We build plugins with forward compatibility in mind and offer maintenance packages to ensure your tools continue working as Autodesk releases new versions of Revit.

Do you support plugins for other Autodesk products?

Yes. In addition to Revit, we develop custom plugins and automations for AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, and other products in the Autodesk ecosystem.
